Need fender roller!

Hops

Recommended Posts

Purchased an Eastwood Fender Roller from eBay... Here are some pics!

Use a heat gun! Make sure the paint is very hot... Some guys use an infrared thermometer to get the paint/metal to a desired temp. Probably a good idea because I did crack the paint in a couple spots. Not too bad, though.

Just start a little bit at a time until you get it right where you want it. I just rounded mine out.

As you can see, my front fenders were hurting already.

Wasn't that bad at all... I did take some pics. I will try to post them next week. I did crack the paint in a couple spots; just being impatient and not heating it up enough. Definitely worth it! I used to rub just going over bumps or pulling into driveways. Freed up room to go with a wider tire once I destroy these G-Force TAs...

Does anybody have access to a fender roller or know where I can rent one? Thanks!

I have this exact same question but for someone around the Denver/Boulder area in Colorado. I need to get my fenders rolled BADLY...

Regards

My 9.3 cups EJ22 makes me feel like my **** is 2.8 decimeters!

I don't even remember... I bought them on eBay a couple years ago.

Ebay rotors are way cheaper than the average dba's or stoptechs... I was just kinda unsure I wanna trust my braking power and safety to things sold on ebay... but if they lasted u a couple years they can't be bad.... do u have a name of company at least??

I don't have the name on them... They've been great, though. I use Porterfield R4-S pads. I run my brakes hard and the pads work harder when they get hotter. I am planning on going with a Willwood set soon, though. My girlfriend put them on both of her Bajas and they've been great, too. They were only about $200 for the set, if I remember.
