Mountain West Decals

Recommended Posts

Thout I would make a post to gauge interest in these and so the colorado guys could be incluced. Ive been out of town for a while and didn't know if people were still interested, if so I could cut some for the utah meet.

These are what I have done so far but any ideas are welcome and input on the size that would work best.

I could do mountain west legacy and include Colorado guys, or just do the 2nd one with no words

Kind of a take on the sti logo I couldn't decide if I liked the T closed in or not, or if I liked the angles on the U and L.

Any other Ideas are welcome and I Have to give credit to pre-dent for giving me the idea on the Sti type logo.

I do like the decal with no words (Of course, I'm Colorado. :) ) I'd buy the logo'd decal without the words. How much and where do I acquire them?

Also, maybe we could all try to come up with some sort of MWLC (Mount West Legacy Club) logo or something. Anyone want to give that a shot?

I believe I should be able to get stickers printed. Not sure how long it will take though. I'd need to see some designs first. Can get them done for super cheap too.

I would think any of the above would work. Personally, I kind of the like the RML/RMLC idea. Rocky Mountain seems reasonable to me. Of course, a Colorado Legacy Club would be cool too. Maybe toss around both ideas? Anyone else want to chime in on this?

I can cut them as I said in my first post.

Price would be like $1-2 for the colorado guys to cover mailing and make me get off my ass and do it. I'll cut some for free for the utah meet.

If your gonna make some pics make them as big as possibe and as monocrome as possible, it will make it alot easier for me to clean them up and cut them. If you have something you can email it to me and i'll cut a sample.

+1

I can get them done for less than $0.10 piece (Not stepping on toes or anything, utgt. Better you than me I guess. :) ) Anyhow, do make sure the resolution is /VERY/ large.

Ya, if you have a cutter its probably better if you cut them for the colorado guys, so I don't have to mail them. Vinyl is pretty cheap, just make sure you have good vinyl, don't use the crap that comes with those small scrapbook cutters because it will fade, crack, and leave alot of resdue.

As for format, I can convert pretty much anything, just make it big and make the lines as defined as possible. Vector should work and would probably be the best for me because the lines will be well defined.

Alrighty. I can cut for the Colorado guys. And they won't be cheaply done or anything. I have friends that own/operate a sign shop. So, they should be able to kick out whatever we want for quite cheap. We'll get some designs and go from there I guess.

Ah! Great! I like the designs. Anyone want any of these now? Are there still changes being made? I might just print a few of these this weekend in different colors and post some pictures.

I uploaded the files to the server and they are PNG's if you need the original PNG's that are unmodified by the server let me know.

Alrighty. I'll print a few of each and send you at least one of each so you have them. And yes, if I could get some untainted files, that would be superb.

@tingtang

I believe I'll be printing for the Colorado people. So, I'll print some of those for you. I'll let you all know as soon as I have them. Couldn't do it over the weekend as my friends were too busy (me as well.)
