When: October 25th starting before noon

 

Where: Rocky Gorge park and Putput/batting cages.

 

What: Cookout/photoshoot/batting cages

FOOD:We will be prebuying burgers/hotdogs and drinks. Please understand we will be collecting a small fee from each attentee to reemburse

whoever bought the food. This is not for profit, just to make sure its fair to everyone. Last years was $5 a head i believe.

PHOTOS:As usual i will do what i can to arrange for there to be two or more good photographers to come and shoot the event. I also normally take

a collection out for them(atleast $1 a person). This is to cover their own gas/time as well as help pay for their server fees and what not. The

amount will be up to you personally. But if any of you have been to a meet, youll know Mikes work to be top notch.

Batting Cages: Like last year, this will be left to whomever is left and wants to. A lot of people did and a lot didnt. Its just something to do after the

cookout thats right there.

Directions

 

From south:

95 north to 198 west to 29 north. then right onto old columbia road. Continue on old columbia Rd, it will wind around the gorge to the second gravel lot.

Thats the site of the cookout.

 

From Rockville area

Take 198/28 west towards laurel. then take 29 north. then right onto old columbia road. Continue on old columbia Rd, it will wind around the gorge to the

second gravel lot. Thats the site of the cookout.

 

From all points north:

Take any of these west to 29 (175,100,32,216) . once on those west. turn onto 29 south. then left across 29 onto old columbia rd. Continue on old

columbia Rd, it will wind around the gorge to the second gravel lot. Thats the site of the cookout.

 

Your intersection to turn off of 29.

Last years was a HUGE sucess. So lets see a lot of people come out for this. You have a month to request off work or do whatever you need to get done to get out here.

So you know. this will be a collaboration between this forum as well as my old Sentra forum. Should be a LOT of fun and good times. But id like to see the LGT crowd show up a little bit.

Thank you. Im just so busy with work its hard to stay on top of things. Good news is im off that whole week to organize.

 

Update for prices will be coming as soon as we solidify a list of people comeing.

 

 

Anyone brining a guest please say so, as so we can count them for food and for money coming in. Its a delicate balance keeping this as cheap as possible for those attending and still cover the costs.
