Yep, there's Chipotle, Starbucks, or Tea Station with huge parking lot and wide open streets where the 10 & 57 meets

for whoever requested the tea station thats the address its in that local area that Hanger posted a map. Walnut sounds good too.

If you want asian food there is also the new mall where the AMC is on Atlantic in monterey park. They got Lee Sandwich, tasty garden, curry house, and other restaurants.
