Razor Posted February 24, 2009 Share Posted February 24, 2009 Well, the install went not too bad. The instructions were o.k... Could of been better. The fit went okay, I had trouble getting the lid on. And after it was all installed, my air scoop was able to kind of 'clip in' to the box, I cant describe it, but it fit very well on the box side. Problem was, the holes for the plastic clips to hold the scoop down did not line up.. neither of them. Ended up drilling two holes and installed the scoop about 1 inch to the left. After install: I very much enjoy the new sound it is giving, you can hear air sucking into the engine when you step on it, and when you let off the gas, I get a huge WOOOOSH. It almost sounds like some one taking in a big breath, then making a woosh sound. haha. I noticed more torque, but lost a little hp I believe. Good product!
