HTA68 Powered 2010 LGT - Complete custom kit by EFI Logics

We had the opportunity to work with a good friend and customer who decided he wanted to have more done to his 2010 LGT. Because of the new turbo design, we haven't seen anybody provide any type of parts to bolt on and go with this car, so we knew there were going to be a lot of industry firsts with this car, we loved the challenge. EFI Logics had many industry firsts with this chassis including being the first to calibrate one on the dyno and install coil over suspension.

Alex came to us asking if we could get this car to the 300hp range utilizing the stock turbocharger location, and we thought it was possible. With the help of BNR Supercars, they were able to take the stock VF54 and modify it to fit an HTA68 version that is matched with a TD05H turbine wheel.

Once the turbocharger was figured out, we were able to get the fuel system upgraded by running off the shelf DW 750cc Top Feed Injectors. The Walbro 255 pump snapped right in, which was a great find, as most of the older models required modification to the pump housings. To help with airflow, we were able to adapt a KSTech 73mm Intake to a custom intake that we designed ourselves.

Finally, we knew that the intercooler was going to be the weak point, Alex had decided to go ahead with the custom Front Mount intercooler kit that was completely built in house. Because of the ample amount of room in the engine compartment, we were able to tackle this job fairly easy, and the kit came out great.

The calibration came out great, although there are some things that are different on the 2010LGT vs other Subaru models, the car performed very well. We were extremely happy with the power and even more happy with the stock idle and incredibly smooth driving characteristics, essentially, the car drives much better than it did from the factory. Very nice! Good to see a 2010 legacy finally pushed to its limits.
If its not too much of personal information, what did the final project ended up costing up to?
