LegacyGTBiggie
I am leaning towards going with a few friends and taking in the festival again. Wondering how many of the locals would want to make it a LGT group outting? I am thinking the Oktoberfest weekend. So either Saturday October 9th or Sunday October 10th. I always have a godo time, never go in costume or anything though that may change.

I need more details. http://www.rennfest.com/ More info right there. I plan on going on the 28. Quite a bit of people I know are going there as well. You should come on by. You don't need to dress up in medieval clothing, but some people do it just for fun and blend in.

LegacyGTBiggie
Very kid friendly. Great food. plays/comedy. Jousting. all sorts of acts and things to watch. And then a lot of shopping chances for things. Not the most tech place though... bring your cash and have fun! Also a turkey leg is a must on any trip! BAC5.2
I dig the beef jerky. It's incredible. Sold in flat sheets, I could eat it all day. I also like the cheescake on a stick. I usually wear my kilt when we go.
