EFI Logics Posted February 25, 2009 Share Posted February 25, 2009 Jack and I worked through a late Friday night to finally get some stuff put on my car that has been sitting around. We installed the full Cobb Stage II suspension, which I personally can say is AWESOME. We took the car to the Berkshires last weekend, and the ride was much improved, even with the snow tires. Tonight, we installed the Rotora 4 piston brake kit.. I had a customer who was upgrading to the 6 pistons, so I got them from him for a great price.. And a much needed upgrade from the stock brakes. Luckily, I my snow tires are made for an 04 STi, so they clear the winter wheels, unluckily, they do not clear my stock wheels.. So what did I do? I called my boys down at Fizz ordered up a set of nice Volks to finish the car off. Rims should be here next week, but we're going to wait to get them installed till the roads clean up. I can finally enjoy driving my own damn car now.. They are two piece with a polished lip.. After taking the car for a ride last night, it's amazing how crappy the stock brakes really are. Now I'm contemplating doing a 4 piston rear set, just to have when I go on some HPDE events. I love them, they fit nice, and they match the paint nicely.. (Clean Paint).
