Climate Control Problem

Just dropped my '05 off at the dealer for an odd problem. The passenger side of the dual mode climate control does not heat, regardless of setting. It feels more like AC than outside air, but its hard to tell this time of year. Driver side still has full range of temp control.

My dealer had a similar case on an '06 in which SOA engineering had to become involved. After changing almost the entire HVAC system, the root cause turned out to be a partially blocked heater core. This seems very odd to me, unless we have two heater cores?

Has anyone else run into this problem?

Fixed. Apparently an arm for the air mix door mechanism had jumped off its track. I probably caused this when I was running some wires under the lower dash for my wideband O2. Dealer is giving me the benefit of the doubt and covering it under warranty, along with the fan relay TSB and replacing a seat trim piece which they noticed wasn't sitting right.
