paulmlac Posted April 15, 2018 Share Posted April 15, 2018 Long story short: Our '11 Subaru Legacy Premium is wrecked. Insurance totaled it out. The car came with factory remote start. We are looking at a replacement Subaru, perhaps a used '16 Outback Premium. It does not have remote start. Question: Is there any reason to keep the Legacy remote start FOB's? I thought I heard that all Subarus are wired at the factory for remote start. If the new car is pre-wired & I have 2 FOB's, what else do I need?
