caramall2
Well, one of my OEM front endlinks finally broke (I have stock suspension other than sways). Broke right at the ball joint (basically part of the ball broke off). I had bought some MSI ones just in case and will slap them on. I need spacers (which MSI graciously provided) since sway is slightly narrower than OEM sway. Just need to grind them down a bit as I don't have quite as much space to fill as some (I think some folks with Cobb sways had even more space to fill). forestir
Wow, did it break while driving normally, or like another poster's experience going over a large surface change?
caramall2
Actually not sure. I went to swap from winter to summer tires, inspected brakes and suspension and saw the broken end link. The winters here are tough, the roads can be pretty bad, and even the driveways in my neighborhood all have a pretty steep curb at the entrance...just all things that I think can stress it in addition to cornering in general. Really, the endlinks are just pretty darn small and stressed. I know some have made it through without replacing, but...
MIKEBRAVO
How many miles? If you can afford College, you probably don't need to go.
