NYCdob
I did the grill od but didn't like the holes in the plastic so i did this. My advice buy the RBS unless you have a free weekend and want to keep yourself busy. This way cost me about $100 - i bought the colormatched paint kit from paintscratch.com. The paint isn't done yet - issues with the paint that are being worked out with paintscratch.com but i will post final pics when done. http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a28/D08/DSC01350.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a28/D08/DSC01337.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a28/D08/DSC01338.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a28/D08/DSC01339.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a28/D08/DSC01340.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a28/D08/DSC01341.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a28/D08/DSC01342.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a28/D08/DSC01344.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a28/D08/DSC01345.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a28/D08/DSC01346.jpg If neone wants instructions let me know and i will post them

Yea its not that bad if you know how to fiberglass and bondo. I used quick drying resin, and the cloth works great, two layers, trim the edges, fill in with three layers of bondo, and sand until your arm goes numb. The problem i am having is the paint.
