wrxlvr
awesome!....so I'm assuming all Subaru parts take Subaru bucks, right? Our local guy said that if is SOA parts, they take em. If it's SOJ parts (including STi springs and JDM bumpers), they don't. Anyone know if their dealer is more flexible than this? Ours used to be. Joon525
Does anyone know of a site that is detailed enough to give the part numbers for individual bolts and nuts?? Every site I've been to only has the more major parts listed online. I tried "vacation pics" too for the part numbers so I could look them up online but even that didn't have them. Guest
www.subarupartsoutlet.com operated by Don Jacobs Subaru in Milwaukee, WI (www.donjacobssubaru.com). I buy all parts and stuff from them. Awesome. Call them (414-727-2900) and ask for Andy, he is Polish. Mention that "the Polish guy from New Jersey that has first name very hard to pronounce" sent you and he will that was me and treat you well He gives (at least me) much better prices than subaruparts.com and shipping is minimal (few bucks, sometimes free). SWP-LegacyGT
FYI, most subaru dealerships will price match as long as you bring in the print out of the web page. I just got some all weather mats for the wifes RS wagon for $41 bucks!! Brought in the subaruparts.com page and they matched it.

I just got some all weather mats for the wifes RS wagon for $41 bucks!! Brought in the subaruparts.com page and they matched it. Wish they would do that in Canada. I got an O2 sensor (stripped mine) from a US dealer that cost me $99USD. All said and done it cost me $158 CAD to get it shipped, pay for taxes, exchange, etc. Here in Canada it costs $299 + tax=$340 CAD. itzed
Any chance we could make a thread about rating some of these places? Is there something here in poll form that would allow us to give + or - ratings each time we use one of these places? Maybe a place for comments as well? I just ordered some filters from http://www.subarupartsforyou.com/, but really have no idea whether they are OEM or not, and what kind of a reputation this place has. If you ask that in a forum, you'll get responses from maybe a couple people who feel strong one way or another, but just looking at 25 people's experiences might have been very helpful. itzed
How about here: http://legacygt.com/reviews/showcat.php?cat=42 Yes, that's exactly what I had in mind. But that list is more for parts and performance upgrades. I was thinking about something more for maintenance parts, listing all these vendors people have listed here. I don't see a way to add these people to that list. Is it by moderator only?
mickeyd2005
No, it is not moderator only. If you are logged in, there is a button called upload products. I went ahead and added 3 of the oem parts dealers that operate out of WA state.
