Had been side swiped on the passenger side but you'd never know. Paint and body lines are matched perfect no suspension or subframe damage. The dealership I bought it from buys cars from insurance companies that have minor damage from other dealership wrecking cars on test drives or something happened to them on the lot. I checked it over throughly since the price would leave you thinking why so much lower compared to others I was considering, I thought there wasn't much risk and so I jumped on it

I don't recommend S-Teins unless you have smooth, glass roads and no snow fall where you live. The ride was so harsh, noisy and unpleasant in Denver. I switched mine to Swifts springs, much smoother ride and still sporty and low.

Thats what i was debating on before i purchased the car, or even h&r springs for that matter.vi like tue more agressive stance from what ige noticed from others on here so far on the teins. I can't complain since the dealership gave them to me for free frifty free

I agree with you on winter driving believe it or not I drive to highlands ranch quite often to visit family. That's why ill put them on in feb-march ajd see how things go

I have s-techs on my car and i dont think the ride is too unpleasent for how low it drops the car. I drove my car through the past snowstorm here on the east coast and my car was better in the snow then when it was stock. The car had a little help from the hankook all season tires i put on but all in all i am very pleased with my s-techs.

Only question is then what size of tire I should run after lowering...and if I go 18x8.5 or 18x9 on the next set of rims

Same situation and same question. I plan on putting the tein's on in the spring, but was curious what tires people were running (or suggest) on 18x9's that fit.

I am basing this purely on my experience.

I liked the 18x9+35. Depending on how low you go you may not need rolling and pulling. I had very minor pull in the rear for 255/35-18's.

I opted to go to a 245/40-18 to give a little more fill in the wheel wells.

If you are looking for something in between the aggressiveness that I had and something a little more stock fitment. I saw these for sale for a great price.

Hello stranger, how goes it in STI land? We miss you and your insight. Shoot us some pictures of your car when you get the chance please.

Hey man, I try to pop in often. NASIOC is boring, and IWSTI has good stuff but is just so small.

Hmmmm, new pics.

Winter wheels Weds sa70tt (off the car already). I bought them used, the original owner sold them to me with a bent face so it wobbles. I am in the process of getting my money back. Any insight in the dispute process for a credit card? If they approve the dispute, what do I do with these worthless wheels?

From last summer

I also tried to fit these worxs wheels 18x10+15 I think. They almost didn't go over the calipers.

Looks great Waz! Hope all gets sorted out with the rims.

I sent more information about the scammer to the credit card company. They make me feel like I don't have much to be upset about. The guy took down the add so I don't have much to say "this is what I was supposed to buy, and this is what I got". I do have 200+ texts printed off that details that I was supposed to buy near perfect condition wheels. However, that doesn't seem to be enough for them. I have a feeling I just threw 1200 bucks to some asshat.
