Just got mine 2 days ago (currently with 250 miles on it), and I agree completely with the above quote. Same sensation when downshifting from 5th to 4th.

Now we have had CONSTANT drizzle her for the past 3 days (100% humidity) and I thought this may be the cause, but, after catching this thread...maybe not.

Here's a new thought: perhaps the issue stems from the 'drive-by-wire' throttle?

I find the matter to be an annoyance, and not a deal-breaker...overall, I love the car. In any event, I will notify my dealer and SOA of the concern. Or, just wait until COBB comes out with a Stage 1 AP for the Legacy
