Ok, not that anybody is paying attention anymore but I'll update my problem blog again lmao.
1. The car had no pending codes
2. Didn't get a vacuum leak tester or compressor yet HOWEVER I found a small leak in the hose from the BPV to the T running to my boost gauge. This improved the driveability but I'm almost sure that just popped up the same day. The car, starting that day, drove like a bag of ass. Sure enough I heard air coming from that hose, fixed it and it was back to normal.
3. I will be replacing the 0-rings this weekend.
4. Couldn't do a compression check yet... it's on the agenda.
I'm 99.999% sure that random idle issue I have is related to the o-ring issue you showed me xt2005bonbon... The LV just proved it to me even more. The car was adding 9% @ idle (A and C actually) and I had many counts of knock at idle.... =(
