At 30k you need an air filter, a cabin air filter, an oil/filter change (if you're on a 7500 mile interval) and a brake fluid flush. The rest is basically an overall vehicle inspection which you can do yourself.
At 30k, I also changed out the factory gear lube in the front & rear differentials and put in a 75w-90 synthetic. Again that's pretty easy to do with the right socket attachments (a square 13 mm bit got the rear plugs and a "T-70" Torx for the front diff - refill is through the breather tube opening.) These socket wrench fittings are available through site vendors. I found the special 13 mm, square drive works much better than simply using a smaller 1/2" square drive (1 inch = 25.4 mm). The factory installed plugs are very tight - you may need a two foot, breaker bar to loosen them.
