Might be interesting to see if there is a correlation between oem / aftermarket oil filters and turbo and/or engine damage. The theory read on this site is that *some* aftermarket oil filters have a bypass valve that is rated at a much lower psi than oem, which can let crud go right around the filter easier. That in turn will clog banjo bolt filters (if present) and all the damage that soon follows.
