Yea. I disconnected one of my rear lines a few weeks back to test fit of my XRP lines, reconnected the OEM rubber hose, bled that one corner and ended up with only about 3/4" of fluid in my bleed jar. And I bled it more than I really needed to cuz it's been a few years since I have done this kinda stuff....like 20.

Since you just changed the fluid and flushed the system, all the fluid is new and as long as you use the same stuff, there will be no mixing of old/new or different product. Make sure to cycle the ABS after your brake fluid change.
