Another note: don't pile up the wrap right at the turbo flange or tie it off there with anything (locking tie, locking wire, whatever). If you do, there's a good change you'll run into clearance issues when installing the nuts on the studs.
if you use the wrap wet, you can wrap right near the turbo and then wrap back down a few inches and use the clamp there. The wrap will retain its shape when it dries
