they wouldnt show me actually i wanted to see the heads and how they were damaged. They basically just acted like it was dangerous or something for me to see it. Go figure they beat around the bush even when i knew it was more than just a radiator cap and a thermostat. Oh well live and learn. apparently this issue is common with the 2.5i from what one of the techs told me.
