Keep in mind the fuel pump duty cycle runs at 100% for about 45 seconds on startup so its common to see a rich dip for a minute or so after startup. A few minutes is a little strange but startups after resets can be finiky but should go away after the first startup.

The rich conditions on light acceleration is strange as its targeting lambda under light loads.
