Bushing requirements are a fallacy, they are not required and I don’t care what others may say.
Remove knob, pull off shifter trim and boot, unbolt linkage (12mm), remove c-clip, pull out shifter, swap the stock bearing sleeve from your OE shifter, reinstall. If this takes you more than 15 minutes, you’re doing something wrong.
You may have to clearance the steel plate, mine needed to go down a couple millimeters.
I’ll estimate 45K on mine and I drove the crap out of it. No problems AT ALL. This is the only part you need.
