personally i would find a first generation Legacy model SS EJ22T engine before attempting to sink all sorts of money into a turbo build that will only yield a low boost and not the ommph you are looking for, also look into WRX swaps both very viable options. the EJ22T engine is a very strong and quite build-able power wise
