Yesterday the boost gauge was going ballistic at me. I drove it out to my shop without any fuss, worked on the paint for a few hours, went to drive home and the gauge wouldn't register any positive pressure and had this relentless shrill beeping. After a momentary panic I realized the car was still making boost exactly as it had been (strong pulls, no smoke, could hear the recirc valve 'sneezing' off throttle). So somewhere I guess the vacuum line got kinked going to the gauge?
I got sick of the beeping from the gauge real quick and just unplugged it for now. Going to trace the lines today and see what I can see.
