Its also soley dependent on the dyno. A dynojet for example, can not be 'adjusted' by the end user to Ultimatley alter the end hp numbers. A mustang on the other hand can.. so its all about the end user (tuner). Some shops used to adjust the compensation up, to make it seem like they produced better numbers, faster cars..
