Illuminating a bunch of dash lights is common when the system voltage on a running engine drops well below the ~14VDC it needs, such as if the idle stumbles low enough to almost stall the engine.
I know it's a pain in the sack to make a dealer appt. for something like this, but you're going to want to get it on record at least. You never know. They might actually find something. I've had good/bad experiences this way.
