Not sure if I'm using winter blends at my pump, but my winter driving changes include heated seats on low, fogs with my low beams, and fan. Also, winter tires. My fuel efficiency went from 8.5 l/100km (27.6mpg) summer/fall to 11 (21.4 mpg). I'm guessing a lot of that must be due to tires.
