I responded to your other post. i found someplace locally selling intake valves for $7 each and exhaust for $9 each. they are only slightly (2 grams) heavier than the expensive sodium filled stock exhaust valves. i also changed all of the springs. i got a complete gasket set and changed all of the seals including valve seals. had a machine shop do the work and set up the valve lash. .008 +/- .002 intake, .014 +/- .002 exhaust. i had my throwout bearing explode at the same time so i got the tsk3 kit an clutch kit. i also changed my timing belt, tensioners, and waterpump less than a year ago.
