You there. Helpful one. Read the thread.

...and the major difference between a SA and M helemt is not that a M helmet is a one-hit-and-you're-done-design. Its that SA is tested for things M is not...

SA is tested for multiple rollbar impact. M is not.
SA is tested with a flammability test. M is not.
M has a required wider field of vision. Many SA helmets are not street legal (restrict vision too much for public driving)
