I agree with you. It's amazing how many people still text (against the law here) and do other things while driving. I got rearended recently by a texting driver...who rearended the car behind me so hard, she shoved the car into me. The "Eyesight" (pun intended) she had wasn't long enough to see the two cars in front of her.
