I went with replacement speakers too: same ones....Alpines SPC 610s : components in front; coaxials in the rear. Improved the sound some, I also added Subaru Sub woofer under the seat. Not relly a waste of money b/c I got it installed for a great price. It still needs that new HU though. Oh Yeah, if you play with the stock HU - CS FR setting, I find that much improved sound...Digital plays: iPod especially, too tinny IMO. CDs sound excellent though.
