if the turbine shaft is all loose and bouncing around in there there is a possibility oil can come from the now destroyed compressor side oil seal and blowing out of there. the check engine code will tell us more. but the smoke at idle is common from blown turbos. blown pistons ringlands usually only puff smoke at startup and then idles clean, and puffs out oil filler. only definitive way to know is by doing what we're telling you to do.
1. get cel code, autozone can read it, though i don't recommend driving the car
2. turbo shaft play check and oil drain-inspection
