On the S204 (smaller lip) there are about 20 holes. Self tapping screws are used the fasten the lip to the under side of the bumper cover. When I do my install I was going to see if I could maybe skip every other screw, but have to do it yet so I will let you know. I know the screws are self tappings, but I was going to drill smaller pilot holes first.
