Well Interweb forum law states anything labeled reck or wreckless is guilty until proven innocent. Also I don't know. but something that is missing is a picture of the car. I know when I drive my 5th gen legacy my friends can't tell me apart from the retired lady down the street, so for a cop to find a 5th gen legacy suspicious is as crazy a a TSA agent groping 12 year olds at the airport.
