Not the 3.6r, The power bias is in the rear. Which would cause the front end to "Push" in a situation like this.

That's what everyone is saying. The O.P was a little nutty to think he wouldn't need snow/ice tires for such tight maneuvers just because it's a Subaru. Another victim of Hype.
