I just did this two weeks ago when I replaced my IM Gaskets. It's tight but it can be done. Only took about 1.5 hours. Doing the same procedure would afford me a little wiggle room for the Inlet removal/install. Worst case scenario is I have to remove the IM completely which isn't much more work.
