I'd like to install XM or an iPod in my 05 OBW with climate control. I'm looking at:

Ideally, I'd like to install both XM
and the iPod, and I am looking at this passive audio switch:
Terk VS-4
It's kinda big, but I could probably bury it under the seat or dash.
I'd really appreciate comments/critiques/suggestions on this solution. I'd still have to choose what XM receiver and antenna as well as a cradle for the iPod, so I'd be open to suggestions for those as well.
