I just don't think the STi manifold flows that much better than the stock 5th gen intake manifold. Maybe the aluminum is lighter than the plastic, but I'm guessing they're close. Different thermal properties in the plastic vs aluminum, not sure which would be better, but I can't imagine it'd make a ton of difference in power.
