See how the STi manifold has the throttle in the middle? Now go look at your LGT and see how the throttle is all the way over on the driver's side? The STi manifold is not going to line up with your TMIC's output. Haven't really looked much, but the 5th gen intake manifold might even be shorter since it doesn't have to make room for a turbo inlet under it like the WRX/STi/4th gen LGT.
Other than looks I don't see any reason to put the STi manifold on. No real power gains to be had. Just sounds complicated for the sake of being complicated.
