Like I tell everyone I just tune! I only work on my own cars....But there isn't much science into installing a turbo, it's rather simple. The oil coming out of the drain hose seems like a huge fail. But you didn't go into detail. That's my only "what" concern. Which is a big one, especially once you drove it after that.
