For what it is worth, it seems as if we need to know if the 2013 Legacy has the same final drive as the 2012 Outback - as my source clearly indicates. I had also heard this from other sources, but have only seen it written down in the source I indicated to you. As I said, impirical evidence from the board member who said his 2013 engine is turning faster than my 2012 engine - both in 6th gear, at 65 mph - seems to indicate this is true...
And the beat goes on.
