Yes, That is what is supposed to be on them. I have used that as well along with Suzuki bond and that type, I have found through my experience that if you have to maneuver the item(like the oil pan) and it's not stand up bench work, It's much easier to "glue" it on the pan. I've done this technique many times with successful results, just an option if one chooses to try it. The CA glue,(there are different viscosity's/setup times) is available at hobby stores and an accelerator is available to instantly set the glue, gives one time to get it where it needs to be and 1 squirt, instant set up. Just a trick of the trade.
