I emailed them and they told me they won't post spring rates because there is no set standard for testing spring rate so I have no idea how they compare to the others. I have swifts and they are very responsive but also sporty however they do wear out stock struts faster, especially on Colorado roads. If you change springs I would also get new shocks.
