Do you really want to know?
Just because it's written in English all over the box doesn't mean it came from America. I work with these damn factories all over China. Even though it's "for US only", people from the factory smuggle them out to the local stores all the time. The factory produce these wheels in batches, and only on demand. A single person like you wanting to buy them will not make them cast the wheels. Usually 100 pieces minimum. I could go on, but I'll stop here.
