I was making the comparison between the PW tmic and a racerX fmic. A fmic should always cool better then tmic. However, in the case of racerX, the core is very small and has a lower core density. This is typical of your average chinese or other cheaply manufactured ic core. Refer to post #122 of this thread for pics of the process west core (picture on the right).

I'm willing to bet that the racerX tmic also has this lower core density. To date, I do not believe that anyone makes a tmic for the LGT that can compare to Process west.
