Not sure about the under 60 but it is a bit of a dog on a launch from idle. My car tends to down shift when I want to go fast, so really it isn't bad for most driving. Next step is getting to the strip. Once I have solid documentation on this I'm swapping compressor wheels... Maybe even turbine wheels. Staying journal bearing to save on costs though.
