It has FL title. No issues in registering, except NY and NJ: they will require special inspection, which cost additional $150 and takes extra 5 weeks of waiting time. As far as I know all other states are fine since car is more than 6 years old, but you might want to double check with your local DMV office.
At this point I need to sell it out right: can get my hands on 05 LGT 5speed that I always wanted, so let me know.
