You'll be holding on to that car for some time at that price. Nobody wants to pay $20k for an 8 year old LGT with 113k on it. Not trying to be a dick, but it's the truth.
Mods don't matter when it comes to resale, and unless they are a cash buyer, most banks will only give just over excellent blue book value. I couldn't even get $15k for my 5mt sedan with under 70k miles, and $14k in mods. Granted, yours is a 5mt wagon, which should command a little higher price.
Anyways, that is a very nice and well modded car, GLWS!
