Alright. I checked them everything was getting 14 but everything is working correctly and will quit for a minute then start working again. Does it when I'm in the house. ( I leave a baby monitor in the car to listen) so it kills my battery after time. Do relays act like this before they go out? If I pin point the clicking noise is that where my problem is or to do with that system. No CEL
